The Sarojin is a five-star boutique beach resort and spa set in beautiful Khao Lak, Phang Nga Province. The Sarojin prides itself on being one of the top hotels in Thailand, and has won numerous international travel and hotel awards over the six years of its existence.

BitSiren was commisioned by The Sarojin to redesign and develop its website in order to increase the direct online bookings over the website compared to OTA. Since the innaguration of the biligual website (En/Ja) both conversions and over-all bookings have increased steadily, based on the ongoing user bahaviour analysis conducted by BitSiren and the implementation of changes based on the analysis.

BitSiren also created a landing page for the Sarojin Facebook page. The page advertised The Sarojin's seasonal promotional discount, and incorporated an accommodation availability search functionality, allowing Facebook users to check availability and book directly.
