Hotel Status Process and Data Management System
For Kuoni, BitSiren developed an extranet system allowing process and work-flow managment across three different business entities in 13 offices across seven coutnries in Asia. The system facilitates group tour management in regards to hotel bookings and status. Hotel and tour status direct records to flow through the PMS to the responsible user in the appropriate office in the most flexible and scable way. Currently over six thousand tours and the associated hotels are managed through the system designed and developed by BitSiren.

Destination Information Website
Kuoni required BitSiren to create a destination information centre website. BitSiren created the bilingual (EN/JP) website to include a number of important functionalities, including a quick search option, as well as a search filter page for more advanced search criteria. The website also includes product and service fact sheets, and has an Information Management System which requires registration.
