The Ban Sabai Village Resort & Spa in Chiang Mai is a truly small boutique resort and spa. Its spa offers a large variety of treatments including Thai, aroma oil, herbal, facial and foot massages, aroma therapy, body scrubs and masques and hot stone therapy. These treatments can be booked à la carte, in packages or as complete spa holiday packages. The resort is located in a quiet area of Chiang Mai, 10 minutes from the old town.

BitSiren was commisioned by Ban Sabai Village to manage the resorts online marketing to increase direct online bookings. BitSiren developed a new online marketing strategy for the client. As a result, the website received a new concept, design and content and a better integration of the online booking engine.

BitSiren then analysed Ban Sabai Villages current Social Media Marketing and Search Engine Marketing strategies, reviesed them according to the results of market research conducted by BitSiren and developmed and implemented a new SM and SE marketing strategies. New, more effective Cost-per-click campaigns were devloped alongside new Facebook and Google Plus presences.
